We operate across the entire bakery value chain—from agricultural sourcing and food processing to distribution and retail. Our mission is to deliver nutritious, delicious, and locally inspired baked goods that promote health, food security, and national development.
Are your products safe and certified?
Yes. EFS strictly adheres to national and international food safety standards, including HACCP and ISO frameworks. Our production facilities follow rigorous quality control processes to ensure every product is safe, nutritious, and of the highest quality.
What makes EFS products stand out
EFS products are developed with a unique blend of taste, nutrition, and innovation. We emphasize buttermilk-based, health-conscious recipes, and prioritize locally sourced ingredients to support Nigeria’s economy and ensure freshness.
Where can I buy EFS products?
Our products are available in select retail stores and distribution points across Nigeria. Currently we do have bakery facilities around three major commercial hubs in Lagos (Ajah, Iju Ishaga & Surulere), Abuja, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Warri and Uyo. We are also open to intending distribution partners seeking to expand into the smaller cities, hinterlands and gain exclusive territorial clusters for coverage. We are continuously expanding our reach and product availability.

How does EFS support local farmers?
EFS is committed to import substitution and local economic development. We partner with Nigerian farmers, empowering them through training, capacity building, and offtake agreements to ensure a sustainable supply of raw materials like wheat alternatives, spices, and dairy derivatives.
Are your ingredients 100% Nigerian?
We strive to source the majority of our ingredients locally, and continuously invest in research and supplier partnerships to further reduce reliance on imports.
What is your approach to sustainability?
Sustainability is core to EFS. Our practices include minimizing food waste, investing in eco-friendly packaging, supporting regenerative farming, and designing energy-efficient production systems.
What kind of CSR programs does EFS run?
Our CSR initiatives focus on education, nutrition, empowerment, and community well-being. These include:
